Project Tomorrow · Berlin / Brandenburg · Seed stage

A field.
A table.
A future,
together.

One day, we hope to grow vegetables, fruit, mushrooms and soybeans near Berlin — and turn them into food worth gathering for. Tofu. Tempeh. Slow-fermented shoyu. A community, not just a company.

I'd join the first tasting ↗Where we are today
01 / An honest beginning

We don't own
the farm yet.

We’re looking for people, growers, kitchens and ideas to help bring the first gathering — and later, a small field — to life.

Community ownership is an ambition, not a share offering. No land, products or events are being promised today.

02 / What we're imagining

From soil
to shared table.

01

Grow

Learn about soil, soybeans, vegetables, mushrooms and the rhythms of a season.

02

Ferment

Make small batches of excellent tofu and tempeh. Let miso and shoyu take their time.

03

Gather

Cook together, ask questions, share meals and imagine what community stewardship can become.

03 / A plan, not a promise

Small beginnings.
Real steps.

Now: invite people and hear what they would actually join.

Next: find a kitchen partner and plan a first tasting in Berlin.

Then: test a small growing season with an existing farmer.

Later: consider genuine community ownership with appropriate legal structure.

An open invitation
